The HKSF 29er and ILCA 6 Selection Regatta 2023 was held for three consecutive days (30th September to 2nd October ) at the Little Palm Beach Sailing Training Center.
In the ILCA 6 class, Peter Jessop (HHYC) finished in 1st place, Seb van Ommeren (HHYC) came in 2nd place; 3rd place was Daniel Chan (HHYC). Nancy Highfield, who had been in the lead for the first two days but voluntarily gave up her lead on the last day, finished in 4th place and became the champion among the women’s sailors.
In the 29er category, Cameron Law (ABC) and Christopher Lam (ABC) finished in 1st place, together with Emily Polson (RHKYC) and Tiffany Mak (ABC) / Maddalena Di Salvo (RHKYC) ‘s ‘Dynamo’ came in 2nd place, and in 3rd place was Raphael Mak (RHKYC) and Louis Polson’s ‘Squirrels’, who also came in 1st place for the U16 class.
