Congratulations to Hong Kong ILCA 6 sailors Peter Jessop (HHYC) and Jeremy Ma (HHYC) for winning the Shine Tak Foundation Outstanding Junior Athlete Award from the Hong Kong Sports Institute.
Peter and Jeremy won the championship and 2nd runner up respectively at the ILCA6 Men & Youth class and the ILCA6 Men & Youth (U19) in the 2023 ILCA Asian Open Championship in June this year.
The Outstanding Junior Athlete Awards programme is to recognise outstanding sports achievements of local talented young athletes on a quarterly basis and to encourage athletes to strive for excellence.
