Supported by IOC Development Fund, World Sailing have launched the global women’s sailing festival titled ‘Steering the Course’ in upcoming May, intending to improve gender equality in the sport of sailing.

Hebe Haven Yacht Club and Sailability Hong Kong will be part of this global event, organising on and off water events and activities in Hong Kong from May 21 to May 30, including the highlighted competition HHYC Open Dinghy Regatta, where local and international sailors will come together to showcase their skills for an action-packed two-day competition.

Competitions aside, the festival activities will feature informative talks, educational trips and community gatherings, bringing the women and girls from the different sailing groups closer. Hong Kong Sailing Federation will also be supporting the event.

All women and girls are welcome to join the activities and be a part of the event. Please click here and steer the course together!
