The Asian Sailing Championships 2022 has successfully concluded.
Congratulations to Nicholas Bezy and Nancy Highfield for achieving the 3rd place in the ILCA7 (Laser Standard) class and ILCA6 (Radial) class respectively and they both have achieved the standard for nomination for the Asian Games; while Stephanie Norton finished 5th in the ILCA6 and Stan Picard finished 15th in ILCA7; Richard Tsui, who participated in the ILCA4 (4.7) class finished 20th.
In the Formula Kite class, Alex Leung won the gold medal with the first place in all seven races and has achieved the standard required for nomination to the Asian Games; The Hong Kong windsurfing team swept seven medals, including four golds, two slivers and one bronze. Hong Kong Team won the ASAF Cup Champions 2022 with their excellent performance.
