The Hong Kong Sailing Federation in conjunction with the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club regretfully announces that Hong Kong Race Week has been cancelled for 2021.
The event organising committee has met and have made the tough decision to cancel this year’s edition of Hong Kong Race Week. Hong Kong Race Week Chairman Peter Davies said that “while we are unable to proceed with Hong Kong Race Week as we know it, we are very pleased to announce that the ROYAL HONG KONG YACHT CLUB will host an alternative event, the MIDDLE ISLAND OPEN, that will be going LIVE & LOCAL over the weekend of March 13 & 14, 2021.”
