Event description from official website:
A two-day regatta run from our Kellett Island base marks the opening of the racing season. With approximately 100 class boats and ‘big boats’ taking to the water, Victoria Harbour becomes a kaleidoscope of colourful spinnakers and yachts.
The first race of this event is designated as Bart’s Bash event.
