Hong Kong’s 2nd South East Asian Para Sailing Championship is organized by the Sailing Federation of Hong Kong, China, Subvented by the Culture Sports and Tourism Bureau, co-organised by Sailability Hong Kong Limited (SHKL) and supported by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Asian Sailing Federation(ASAF), Hebe Haven Yacht Club (HHYC) and in conjunction with World Sailing (WS).
