Hong Kong 29er sailors Cameron Law & Christopher Lam came in 1st place at the Warnemünder Woche 2023

The Hong Kong 29er sailing teams continue to achieve great results in the European regattas this summer! Hong Kong 29er sailors Cameron Law (ABC) & Christopher Lam (ABC) came in 1st place at the Warnemünder Woche 2023 held in Germany over the weekend.
The event was held from July 7th to July 9th. In the 3rd race on the first day, they picked up a black flag, which hurt their score, but they are the clear front runner in the regatta. They finished 1st in 3 of the races out of 10, overwhelming the Australian team by 7 points, and achieved 1st place in the total score. Emily Polson (RHKYC) and Tiffany Mak (ABC) finished 4th behind the German team in 3rd place by 1 point. A total of 28 boats participated in the regatta.
