People who are interested in taking a HKSF Dinghy Instructor Course or convert their overseas Dinghy Instructor qualification by taking a HKSF Dinghy Instructor Validation Course must attend and pass a one-day Pre-Entry Assessment.
The Assessment is intended to confirm that the candidate has the sailing ability and background knowledge required of an HKSF Dinghy Instructor.
