The Hong Kong National Judges Programme provides a framework for individuals wishing to develop their protest committee skills. For more information please visit National Judges Programme page. ‘Club Judge’ is the first level of the programme.
Registration for this two-evening ‘Club Judge Seminar’ is now open to individuals, with priority going to those who have had some prior experience as members of any sailing / windsurfing ‘Protest Committee’ and are interested in developing their skills towards the level of ‘National Judge’.
